Feel compassion for the women at the front desk. Lots of people with time consuming and unnecessary questions.

It is difficult to get through to the doctor's office. Maybe it's the best that can be done with a large number of people and places, but a more direct way to reach the doctor's office would be nice.

Dr Kilian & the staff were courteous and personal. He is the most thorough Dr I've been to in many years! He is great!
