Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable of my treatment. Very nice and her nurse was very gentle with my injection.

I think it's ridiculous that you talk to a call-center and not to the actual doctors office. The doctor called in sick the morning of my appointment and they called me when I was in the shower and I called the number back and they gave no information about why, the phone call was made. So I went to my appointment and they said we tried calling you and I explain to him what happened and that was it. I left the state for four days last week and I forgot my blood pressure pills at home. I called why I was in St. Louis to get a refill so I had them for the four days I was out of state and they would not do it at all Because I haven't been there in a couple years
