        How you doing? The ladies at the front were amazing. They were extremely helpful, so kudos to them. The doctor that I saw, I'm not going to sit over here and say that she was wrong in what she said, because I appreciated her feedback, but the way she came off, I spoke with the office manager, it just didn't work with me. I think she just needs to work on her approach when people come into the office. I really just didn't feel heard in that aspect, but I do think that she's very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. I just didn't feel too heard when I went and saw her. Thank you.

        Only thing was first visit took a year to see doctor. I liked her and office employees.

        She took her time and asked lots of questions. And let me ask lots of questions. She helped me to understand what was going on and what we would do for the next steps. It was a very good experience. She was very personable and easy to talk to and understand.
