Very kind and friendly office staff, nursing staff and physician. I am accustom to using the Cox system. This experience with Mercy was great and I would recommend this Dr.

Dr Waters Ankrom is always a pleasure to see, very professional, knowledgable and great with the kids.

I believe Dr Waters is very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful and I have not had any bad experiences previously. However, during this visit she was dismissive of a few of the things I said as a parent, ignoring/not responding to them. I believe any question or comment I have should be acknowledged. I understand that my daughter is the patient, but a parent who was asked by their child to come into the exam room with her deserves common courtesy at the very least.
