    When I arrive at Mercy Behavioral health the ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and pleasant to me and everyone that comes through the door. If I have made a call to them they make sure that whatever I need is taken care of. I just want to give a thank you for all they do.

    I have been with mercy for over 20 years and this last year decided to depart the system due to extremely poor practices with all areas except behavior health. You guys have major business problems and it is taking precedent over all patient care. That's a shame because I loved your system for years but this last buyout ruined the whole hospital and ancillary services.
