Care Philosophy I chose breast surgery as my specialty because it's a form of surgery that allows me to develop long-term relationships with patients. I love having conversations with them and helping them make decisions about their care. Practicing medicine is really all about honoring the trust people put in you to do right by them. It's a joy to do this every day.

        Dr. Lesh was lovely! She stopped her explanation anytime I had a question and made sure I understood before going on. That was VERY HELPFUL when I was trying to remembering everything she said later! At the end she made sure I knew she expected more questions to come up and she was available by phone call or through the My Mercy app to answer them. Loved the flip book! It kept all the information concise and on track and we were able to "flip back" at the end to review a point. Wonderful!

        I came in there terrified out of my mind and you guys put my mind at ease and explained things in an English speaking manner where I could understand you and understand what was going on with my body and what was going on and I appreciated it so much. Thank you.
