    The entire staff was extremely thorough & presented a very clear & professional explanation, while patiently answering all of my questions.

    Well, all they did was take my blood pressure and put a thing on my finger and hit my knees with a little rubber mallet. They didn't do nothing for my back, couldn't give me no pain medicine, they couldn't do nothing. And it was just a waste of my time. And I don't think they should be in doctor mode or anything. I think it was a waste of my time, two hours to get there, and I think it was a waste of my time. They didn't do nothing.
