A bit of a wait after check in. Once in, all went good. Very professional, skilled and personable. Always happy with the Mercy professional staff! Thank you! KRL

My children were scheduled for multiple appointments during this day. I delayed travel to be able to take them to these appointments and was not told prior to arriving that the provider was out of office. I was only rescheduled for one child at the front desk and the person I interacted with during this interaction was extremely pleasant, kind, and compassionate. I complete a portion of my next childs appointment as I was not child she would need to reschedule her entire day. We waited about 45 minutes just to end up rescheduling the second portion of this appointment. The second person I interacted with was extremely difficult to deal with, to the point I left with tears in my eyes. I understand she must have had an awful time rescheduling multiple appointments on this day but her plain lack of compassion and empathy was apparent and she nearly took joy in the misery she was pulling out of me. With only two HCO's in the area, we of course will return but it was a disheartening experience to an already very difficult day. I'm a mom of three, I had a one year in tow, a special needs daughter, and yet somehow used this moment to teach my children a moment about compassion for others. She refused to schedule my daughters to return on the same day, rolled her eyes when my own medical appointments conflicted with what she suggested, and was inconvenienced when I didn't want to bring my daughter in on her second birthday.
