        Overall, the experience was good. The only huge problem that I had was that I used the app to check in and it told me to just go ahead and sit in the waiting room because I was all checked in. And after 30 minutes in the waiting room, and we had shown up 20 minutes early, or yeah, I don't know. We waited in the waiting room for an hour because it didn't recognize us. And after 30 minutes, she finally called out our name to see if we were there and then checked us in appropriately. And then we were seen 20 minutes after that. It was a very long appointment and there wasn't anything fun to do for my daughter, which was a problem. But the care team was great and I really enjoyed the care team and the doctor. They were very nice.
