        Hi, I just wanted to let you know that Dr. Van Ness really took the time to explain what was going on with my son's hearing and the anatomy on the CAT scan. And I just wanted to commend him for letting me know what was happening and what was going to happen with the surgery. And just he was, he really took the time and I really appreciated that.

        I wish the doctor had communicated with me how surgery on my deheisanae in my semicircular canal would have been performed and its risks and how it would not have improved my hearing before the CT scan and Other testing. I would not have pursued the testing.

        Dr.Van Ess and his staf seemed genuinely concerned and compassionate. I definitely appreciate and trust him and his people.
