        I was nervous. But once I checked in, I knew I was right where I needed to be. I felt relaxed. EVERYONE I had contact with were caring, through, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone communicated what was about to happen. Including Dr. Rahrig, during the procedure. I didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure. They told me the only discomfort was the lidocaine shots to numb the area. And it was true. I was impressed by the group of people working there. And happy I got it done. THANKS

        I told Dr Rahrig that I was nervous when he was about to start and he said that I was going to do great. He told me everything that was happening and when he was done, he said you can relax now. We both laughed after that.

        The staff was very nice, kind, and patient with me they made me feel very comfortable.
