    Parking was an issue. Not had a problem finding parking by the building prior to the day of this appointment. Also, this was a 6 month check up for ear tube placement which my son has had for over a year now. All staff is very kind and informative, but it really stinks to have a $60 copay (since this is a specialist) and my son is seen by the physician for no more than 5 minutes just to check placement of tubes.
