    I was originally disappointed when I arrived to find that doctor had left Mercy and a wasn't told and second that my appointment was cancelled by someone outside the department and again I wasn't informed. They worked me in in a timely manner and where going to investigate the case. I wasn't informed assigned a replacement doctor.
