    My appointment was at 3 PM. I was called back to a room at 4 PM. I saw the doctor at 4:20. This was NOT the doctor's fault. He is spread too thin. He was called to the hospital twice that afternoon and is on call all weekend. I hope that Mercy in Fort Smith soon gets another ENT. Surely there is a need!
