Love the staff and team at Waterloo Clinic. Do NOT like that I can no longer call and speak to clinic directly if I call regarding something when not scheduled. Do NOT like Mercy's attempt to streamline ALL calls through a remote /out of state call center. When I need to speak to doctors office I WANT the office that our doctor, his nurse, and team that knows us and their records there. Mercy needs to go back to letting their clinics handle their patients personally in that regards.

Dr. Elliott is an excellent doctor. I am so pleased to be a patient of his. The health care he provides me and my wife is the best. He is a proactive physician.
