About Misty Crider Day, MD

Care Philosophy I practice general obstetrics and gynecology and truly love my job. Who else gets to be intimately involved during so many life transitions - adolescence and puberty, young adulthood, and menopause; not to mention the miracle of pregnancy and birth. My goal is to educate my patients so they are prepared and at ease during each of these transitions. I enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal level, as they return year after year. In doing so, care is individualized and we can form a partnership in health decision-making.

        I am always treated with a truly caring manner. The medical assistant is excellent and Dr. Day listen carefully and with care. I have anxiety when I visit a hospital or medical office. But, when I come to my women's health checkup I'm relaxed and in my usual humorous personality. I highly recommend Dr. Day as an exemplary Physician.
