    I was a little disappointed initially, because I felt my primary care office would have assisted more (meaning make sure), I got the referral to the neurologist office, for f/u of my recent lumbar/cervial MRI results. As it was the neurology office, or central scheduling, never f/u'ed. I reached back to primary care office, and just asked if they had the office number for the neurologist, and I'd reach out myself. I tried twice to call directly, to schedule with neurology office, and no one answered the phone. The second time I did connect, and asked if they were short staffed, and they said to let Mercy know about the gap in communication. I finally called central scheduling to get initial appointment. We are all good. Other than that, the consultation with Ms Dilley at Neurology was great.

    The providers I have seen at Mercy Neurosurgery have been extremely easy to talk to & have been very informative & helpful in every way!
