    Molly did an outstanding job explaining my current status and what to do in the future to continue the healing process following my surgery. She explained my options and provided recommendations for next steps. She listened to my issues regarding my surgical experience and provided excellent guidance. She listened to me! Others in the Mercy system should try that technique.
