    $30 copay with command to get shots in the neck for Botox finally seen a doctor instead it takes two weeks to get the Botox in we went to schedule an appointment they said 5 weeks if they only do Botox every 5 weeks I don't want them sticking needles in my neck very unorganized other than checking in would not recommend any relatives or friends to go there
