    The dr and lady at the check in were AMAZING! The dr was very knowledgeable and helpful! She talked to my daughter like a human and made her feel very comfortable and valued. The nurse that checked us in had no personality. She was not friendly and seemed to be in a hurry. The room was not cleaned before we went in there. There were bloody tissues on the ground. Overall, the dr made the experience great and turned something scary into something that seems manageable!
