Care Philosophy I went into pediatrics because I love children. It’s my calling. It’s a blessing to be part of their health journey and for parents trust to trust me with the most important thing in their lives. I love having a positive effect on children’s lives - there are so many ways to help that child grow into a healthy adult.

        Dr. Elkoush is exceptional! She listens, she responds, and she makes sure to address every issue. She does not ever make us feel rushed which is very important to us. We hope she stays with Mercy for the remainder of our daughter's teen years!
