    Was clearly a busy office moment that led to prolonged wait. She apologized. I was fine with it as it was clearly not her fault. Git the customary incredibly personal care as always. Great service!!

    Once seated in the patient room, I was told the doctor would be right in. I waited over thirty minutes to be seen. At one point, I had to go check that I hadn't been forgotten about because nobody had checked in or followed up.
