My doctor prescribes sometimes things that my insurance doesn't cover, and I don't know how to get a hold of somebody and let them know that I call my insurance company and they say that the doctor has to prescribe something different, and they shoot something over but I never hear anything back, and I just need to know how I can address it. I usually have to call the appointment person and have them relay a message. I mean, that's the only way that I know to get this fixed, and it ends up being two weeks before I get an approval done and get my medicine because I don't know the process.
