    My Dr put in his report inaccurate information about my past substance use.. I've never used methadone and I'vw been sober for 10 years, but he listed that I had been been on Methadone maintenance and that I was a in substance use. Neither of which are accurate at all.

    The appointment it's self was wonderful. The ultrasound technician was kind and explained images to us. At check in we asked if we could be billed for our appointment. Unfortunately we are very tight on money at the moment. The lady that checked us in fefused to take that as an answer. Made my husband go out to the vehicle and get his wallet before we could be checked in. It was extremely embarrassing and I should have to explain why we couldn't pay the $30 co pay at the moment. I've never had an issue having it billed to us at any other office.

    My care giver, was extremely helpful. Explained everything well. Had a great chat to her, made me feel very comfortable.
