Care Philosophy I went into family medicine because I had an outstanding family doctor as a young boy. I like getting to know families as well. I'm really passionate about taking care of metabolic problems. When we can treat diabetes with lifestyle changes, medications and weight loss, it's fun to see patients' improvement.

        I am very pleased with Dr Stepp and his assistant. Admitting lady was very friendly. The lab tech was able to draw my lab work with no pain and was friendly. She reminded me to breathe by asking me if I was breathing. Very good way to do that.
