Care Philosophy I'm here to provide a service and be available to those in need. Whether that involves making a diagnosis, creating a treatment plan, or offering reassurance to a patient and family, communication and the development of a trusting relationship is essential. The focus of that communication should always begin with listening to the patient in the setting of a supportive and caring environment. This philosophy is reinforced by the faith-based mission of Mercy.
