        Seeing the same doctor year after year is very important to me. Doctor retention is the number one thing that will keep me at Mercy.

        Boyd was PHENOMENAL!!! I was fully prepared that I may burst into tears with all the stress of my daughter's illness, but Bobby took the time to listen to the whole story, empathize, and treated us with such kindness. My daughter and I even talked about how wonderful Boyd was later that night. We also really appreciated the kindness of the nurse or MA that took care of us. I'm sorry to say I didn't catch her name, but they joked with my daughter that she was full of sugar and she just loved that. Thank you so much for everyone's kindness in what has been a very stressful and scary health journey.
