        Rosa is amazing. She explains things so well. I am extremely satisfied having her as a provider.

        I travel 2.15 hours to get there. I have never been late. Today, I drove 3 hours in the storms. I called around 915am to say I was running late because of the weather, even though I left early. I walked in the door at 10:13 for a10am appt. Waited behind someone else until 10:17. First thing I was told that I could not be seen because I was late. I have usually had great service. The receptionist could be situationally aware. Bad weather. Out of town patient. I tried. I left early. I called in.
