I enjoyed all of the interactions I had with Dr. Kaplan. I was sorry to hear that he was leaving Mercy. He will be missed.

It wasn't much of a visit, Doctor came in asked how I was doing, I told him, the med's were not working that well. He said he would up the Miligrams for me, so since there is not 2 MG, he said I should take 2 caps three times a day, and he would call it in to my Pharmcay. He didn't ask any more queistions about my health, or what other problems or complecations, I might be having, instead he started talking about that he was leaving, to take another position someplace in Fayetville, and said would have to find a new doctor...He said I know one in Fayettvile, and one in Bentenville, which do you want. I said Bentonville I guess, thats closer to where I live. So he said, he gave me the Doctors name, if I should decide, on that one. I said okay thankyou I'll see, what I will deside on. I wished good luck on his new position, he headed out the door, and I did to , and that was it. I will also be checking around for a new doctor, for my Peripheral Neuropathy, there has to be more than one, in the Rogers Bentenville area. So that's about the way it went.

Dr. Kaplan and his nurse are beyond wonderful. I'm sad that he is leaving. I have been his patient for over 10 years. He gave me several different doctors to transfer to and I have selected one. The new doctor isn't with Mercy. The facility was very nice and easy to access. However, every time I went for an appointment, the check in process was long. On this visit, I was the only one in line (1/2 way through my check in process someone came in and ended up sitting down to wait).
