Care Philosophy A good day at work is putting a smile on someone’s face. As cliché as that may sounds, I find that when I go to clinic as a resident, I’m the happiest when I’ve had a silly conversation with a toddler or I’ve had a very serious conversation with a parent and their teen, but I’ve helped them solve a problem.
