I come to this office weekly for treatments. I have seen a considerable positive change in the processes and most people's attitudes over the last 2 weeks! The two ladies at the front desk have consistently always been friendly and have a smile on their face. Now that we no longer have to interact with the scheduling team, the experience is much more enjoyable. As soon as I sat down for an infusion, I was handed a piece of paper with my next two appointments. I met with a nurse practitioner this time because my doctor was out of the office. She was friendly, compassionate, and answered all my questions. The nurses in the infusion center are wonderful. However, they appear to be overworked. I believe they have too many patients at one time that they're trying to navigate. They always do it with a smile on their face but they are running constantly and in my opinion overworked.
