        The sonographer that did my ultrasound was amazing. He explained to us everything he was looking at on the ultrasound and even pointed out some anatomy that he wasn't necessarily needing to get pictures of. He was super knowledgeable, and his communication made me feel safe and comfortable during the scan.

        Technician was very nice. Explained things well. The facility is over booked and had to schedule me out 7 weeks for something that should have been about 4. At checkout, they were not super personable and seemed annoyed when i had to try different time of day than she originally wanted me in.

        The front desk lady seemed uptight about me not paying the full $300 at check in. I was told over the phone I could make a partial payment. And the lady even tried asking me who I talked to on the phone to try to get them in trouble.
