Care Philosophy I realized with OBGYN there was so much diversity in it. You have primary care where you’re seeing patients’ year in and year out. You have surgery with gynecologic surgery, hysterectomies, ablations, and all kinds of other things. You have obstetrics where you’re caring for a pregnant mom, deliveries, and postpartum care and that diversity is what drew me to the field.

        I am so glad to have Dr. Tilling as my physician. She knows my medical history and answers my questions clearly with that history in mind. She is a thorough professional and a really nice person, and her office staff are efficient, well-trained, and personable.
