Care Philosophy When I was young, a relative had a stroke, which affected his life and his family's. I wondered if it could have been prevented, and what could be done to improve his quality of life. That experience led me to neurology. The best part of practicing medicine is providing the quality of care that lets them regain the ability to live their daily lives.

        Dr. Refai is great! You can tell he really cares about his patients. His nurse is also great!! Rest of staff good. as well!! Long drive for us, but absolutely worth it to have Dr. Refai as our neurologist.

        I know it's extremely hard to get into see this doctor or anyone else in his field so I'm glad I got to see him and I was very pleased. He was very sympathetic and compassionate.
