    I find it very inconvenient that patients have to go down to the pharmacy to pick up their depo shot after their exam appointments. Especially when the office has not even called in the prescription! This happens every time I visit this clinic. I then have to go wait at the pharmacy for it to be filled before returning upstairs and waiting in line all over again for someone to actually give the injection. Today as usual, the script was never called in even though I've had the appointment for 3 months. I was told to do my yearly exam first then go down to the pharmacy. Well the pharmacy was closed for lunch when I got down stairs. So I had to wait an extra 30 minutes plus time for it to be filled before returning upstairs and waiting again. Most offices keep injections in office and this wouldn't happen this way. The nurse practitioner who did the exam was absolutely wonderful but the process needs to be looked at.

    NP Lockhart was wonderful ! One of the best experiences I've ever had with a Gyno clinic. she was very professional! Never let this NP go anywhere. She's a great asset to the clinic.!
