        My visit to Mercy Hospital was a great relief. The doctor was very knowledgeable and put me at ease with my medical condition. She gave me literature to read and told me exactly what to do if my condition progressed. The entire staff that I encountered were very helpful to me. Additionally, even the hospital layout is helpful and easy to find destinations.

        She is a wonderful doctor. Being a women she understands my issues with my uti,s . She is a Blessing to me.

        The nurse was competent and caring. Although I hear Dr.Pickett is known to be the best, I feel that saying hello & good bye while looking patient in the eye would be better "bed side manners " & doesn't take up that much time. I also think she is is rough in procedure when she could have been a little more gentle.
