    My check in was at 6:30, but there was no one there. At about 6:43 some one came. A lady later told me that once a patient came up to a dark room. It would be helpful to set our appointments up 15 minutes or have people show up on time to process us .

    This care team has improved over the last year with the front desk personnel being more proactive in moving the lab results through the system in a timely manner. Wait time has improved which is huge.
