Care Philosophy
One of the reasons why I fell in love with the NICU is that I can help families through this journey. I love babies, I love caring for infants and I love helping families through this really difficult and challenging journey. Our unit is family-centered. We have an excellent team of nurses, doctors, care management that is going to lift families up and help them get through each day of their journey.
