    Due to the lack of ultrasound machines available in the office, my appointment was interrupted 3-4 times by other staff members coming in to ask my provider if they could take the machine we were using. This was distracting and also disappointing since this was my first prenatal appointment to see the baby via ultrasound. We also ended up with fewer pictures as a result since we were rushed. I would have been extra disappointed if I were a first time mom. Love MBC but they clearly need additional resources for a better patient experience.

    The entire Mercy Care System and Quest Diagnostics honestly needs gender affirming training to be able to serve gender diverse clients, including having an understanding of queerness, queer medical experiences and pronouns. That isn't entirely specific to this provider, though improvements could be made. Thank you.

    Talia is amazing! She made us feel very comfortable and confident. I highly recommend her as a midwife!
