    I was hoping to see the interpreter in person, as I couldn't understand him online. I imagine it was because I didn't have a very good signal. However, he did his best, as did the entire staff who assisted me. It was a new experience for me because usually when I go to an appointment, there's always someone to interpret for me, but this time I did it myself, and I'm grateful to the staff who assisted me for their patience with the language. Changing clinics was worth it. Thank you for your care and patience.
