    I'm very thankful for the walk in clinic that Mercy has. It makes it very easy to be seen when needed.

    I do not appreciate when I call, I do not get the clinic. I get a call service. I have had my prescriptions ordered wrong etc. just because of the extra people to go through. I do not like how now when I send a message to my care provider, her or her nurse doesn't get to answer me directly. It goes through that call service also and the ball gets dropped because of a holiday like just happened to me trying to set up a lab appointment. Too many people in the chain of communication. Why can't the local clinic make their own appointments and take messages directly. It worked much better before "Corporate " changed it. If there was another provider in town, I probably would change.
