        Dr. Rogers and his staff were outstanding in all points of my visit. Extremely easy to speak and deal with, Doc Rogers, after accurately communicating my medical history, listened to my story and made the visit meaningful and valuable to me. Following his thorough physical exam, his clear and simple explanation of treatment options, we came to a mutual agreement on the best path forward . Absolutely great visit! Thank you Mercy

        During visit Dr. Rogers ordered a CT scan. Scheduling called but I had already scheduled on my Mercy and checked to be contacted if someone cancelled and I could go in at earlier time. Well that happened and I was notified of an earlier appt which I had accepted in fact there were 2 of my appts that was available sooner. Well here I am at the Dr office for said appt. Which said was available until 837 am today and there isn't an appt opening for me. It's frustrating to get transportation to an appt already but then a ride to one that's not even available I have to look for another ride for another appt. This needs to be fixed in My Mercy App
