I did not get to see the doctor, the low ratings are due to that not any actual interactions, so please do not mistake those ratings for my actual interactions with anyone at the office. I was sent a letter saying I needed to show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment to get labs done. Once there, I was told no labs are needed. Additionally, my appointment was supposed to be at 8:30, once there is was told it would be at 9:15. I was not able to stay that long and had to leave. It isn't a big deal but it doesn't provide a sense of competence when scheduling cannot be done correctly.
