There's also the moment where you got someone through a really difficult operation and they're leaving the hospital - that is also incredibly gratifying.

        Yes, this was my initial visit with Dr. Vreeland. I have a lot of respect for him. I hope he helps me with my, I'm sure he's going to help me with my surgery. And I have a lot of faith in him and a lot of trust.
