Maybe add to the waiting room sign that asks "Please don't knock on the window", with something indicating the staff knows you have arrived and they will be with your shortly. I read the sign but didn't know what to do next. I sat wondering if I was supposed to do something or if anyone even knew I had arrived. That's the only hiccup I experienced during my visit. A+ Otherwise.

Front desk and entry were cold & empty. People not very friendly when I did find them. It got better the further I got but a bad first impression for sure
