You all have done an amazing job with the Mountain Grove Clinic! You've brought in more help. It seems those that are working here aren't as stressed as they once were. And the rhythm of the whole office and staff is smoother. And I was treated with respect and compassion from the front door all the way through until I left. Thank you for all of these improvements!! Love MY Mercy!

Wait time was ridiculous. The visit was great but I had an 8:40 appointment didn't get done until 10:20. Only spent about 20 minutes with care provider.
