    Hi, the two things that I wanted to let you know was that in my first appointment prior to the one with Trista, I was given kind of one set of information and in this appointment with her I was given different information. So that was confusing. It was different information about how long I would be in a boot for my foot and that I needed to be in a different boot than I was in before. And also I have had an extremely hard time changing my follow-up appointment time. They scheduled me further out than I should have been and I've been trying to schedule it for sooner when I get back from a trip. I've called two or three times and I've messaged through My Mercy and I haven't gotten a response. And when the follow-up appointment with Trista was made after my first appointment, it never got put in My Mercy and I had to call that morning to find out if I had an appointment.

    I really appreciate the time and patience given me by Trista. She was also patience explaining things to me so that I could fully understand everything.
