    Dr. Katyal is very compassionate and empathetic. She treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. She gave suggestions when needed. I felt very comfortable when I left that I had a good visit.

    The check in nurse was very personable and pleasant. The doctor was just distracted and rather contrary. She seemed more interested in arguing than listening. She was not particularly unpleasant but very immature.
