    The time it took for me to get in, get my appointment taken care of, and getting back home.

    Dr Andrews was 15 minutes late to the appointment and then seemed rushed. Did not listen well or recommend anything new for me. Felt like she was not familiar with my case at all and I've seen her for years. 2 days later i got a letter saying she's leaving- she never mentioned it.
