    1. From the front desk, to the RN to Dr Kakish were 100% customer focused. 2. The RN insured I was given clear instruction for my care. 3. Dr Kakish, has excellent interpersonal communication, invited me to openly discuss any concerns and provided assurances that reach back would be available to address question/concerns that I would have prior and post procedure.
